But there are a few drawbacks to a bathroom set for the unwary so you do need to take care when ordering especially because it is so easy to get things wrong by simply clicking your mouse and entering your credit card details. Here is what to avoid when buying a bathroom set.
1. Buying One Which is Too Bland
If you have a white bathroom it can seem like an easy decision to buy a white bathroom set to match, but that is really not going to do much for the decoration of your bathroom. Accessories are a great way to introduce a little color into a plain bathroom so don’t miss the opportunity.
2. Buying Too Much of One Design
Try not to have every item under the sun matching as it can make your bathroom look too coordinated. Three or four matching items is quite enough in a small room. Make sure you choose other items in a plain color which complement your bathroom set but which are not exactly the same design.
3. Buying Too Many Items You Don’t Need
Look for a set which has three or four items that you need and none of the ones that you don’t otherwise you are wasting your money. However, if you have set your heart on a particular product but it comes with a shower curtain, for example, that you can’t use because you have a shower screen, see if you can find a good use for it rather than leaving it lying around to gather dust.
