The theory behind the hair implant process is really quite simple. Well actually the theory and the practive are simple. Hair is removed from a donor area on the body and then those hair follicles are inserted into the balding area. Once the implants are established they will start to grow new hair shaft material which will in turn give you a great head of hair. The hair is natural because is comes either from your scalp or from another part of your body. Thus there is very little chance of the hair being rejected by your scalp.
The funny thing is the hair implants for men which are placed into the bald spot do not seem to be affected by the male pattern baldness and they continue to grow for years and years. The only problem is some of the hair around the implants may fall out which could require another procedure in several years.
