Teachers are a important aspect of every once life, for those also who haven’t been to school any time in their lifetime. It’s because the first teacher of our life is mother and father, those are the persons who teach us the basic things in our life. Parents are angles of our life. For those who go to the school get the opportunity to learn from the third important person in their life “the teacher”. Teacher is the person who teaches us how to advance through the path of the life by giving us the knowledge of the outside world. He or she is the person who enables us to fight against the difficulties in our future life.
I find it very humiliating when any teacher yells at someone in front of the class. It draws the attention and also decreases the confidence of the students. One of our teachers was totally different than other teacher he introduced the concept of the teachers stamps in the school. Teacher stamps are the tiny stamps those are used by teachers. These stamps contain the words like “Excellent work”, “need improvement “etc. These are used for punishing the student as well as appraising his/her work. Every day we used to get our notebooks filled with different stamps on it. It was like a mystery for everyone that which stamp he/she will get.
a) Inspiration: Teacher stamps are a great way for the inspiration to the students. They show us the ways to keep themselves motivated and I am telling this by my own experience with the teacher stamps. I still have my notebooks which has those stamp symbols.
b) Bridge between the teacher and parents: Parents are very less aware of what’s going in the school but these stamps enable them to know exactly what their children’s are doing.
Teacher stamps are great way to express the confidence of the teacher on students and it helps a lot to the students.
