Once the market confirms and uptrend, it’s the green light to purchase stocks on your watch list. The reason you wait for the market to trend upward is because if the market is falling, it takes 3 out of 4 stocks with it. No matter how strong a stock is, it’s better to wait for the market to tell you when it’s safe to invest rather than fight against it. If most people knew how to read the daily averages and react to them, a lot more people would lose a lot less money in the stock market.
