Problem with Sagging Chin?

a.) Stand upright or sit down and then move your head backwards. Next, start pressing your tongue onto the top (or roof) of your mouth. Hold it there for about ten to fifteen seconds and then slowly lower your head back to the normal position. This routine is great for tightening the skin and strengthening the muscles of your throat.

b.) Place the base of your palm along your temple and start pushing your head backwards. As your palms push backwards, resist the pressure by moving your head forwards. Again this is an excellent exercise to get rid of your sagging chin.

c.) Whilst standing or in a seated position, gently tilt your head towards your right side. Remember to keep your chin relaxed while you do so. Once you feel a tightening and stretching sensation along your neck, stop and keep your head in that exact position for at least five to ten counts. Repeat the same procedure on your left side.

d.) Stand upright or sit down and slowly tilt back your head. Now, commence a chewing movement. Imagine chewing something hard and exaggerate the movement of your jaw. Do this for as long as you please.
