Offices and Blackout Window Shades

One of the biggest purchasers of blackout window shades are businesses. This may seem strange to you, as most people think of blackout shades as something that are used in homes all around the country. The fact is, just about every office in every building in corporate America has some form of blackout shade in their meeting rooms, and there are a whole lot of office buildings out there.

The main reason for a meeting room needing a blackout shade is the fact that when meetings are conducted, quite often a projector screen will be used, and if there is glare coming through those big office windows, the screen will be virtually impossible to see. The other reason is that bosses would prefer that their employees aren’t distracted by things going on outside the window while they are trying to conduct important meetings.
