Does Stress Really Cause Acne?

Under high loads of stress the body must counter act and releases more hormones in effort to balance out it self. These over producing hormones also affect those who are in control of sebum production. It is during times of high stress such as final exams, job presentations, job performance, relationships troubles and so forth that we must up our own actions towards prevention. While some people are more stressed out or influenced by outside events then others. A good combination towards acne prevention and acne scars removal is combining it with meditation and yoga. A clear mind does more then help us psychologically it also aids us on an outside perspective of our health.
