How to fall asleep really fast? How come that most persons fight to fall asleep at night while a couple of lucky ones only have to sit down and poof, they are fast asleep? That’s one question which maybe tens of thousands of persons are asking themselves everyday, and there isn’t a compelling answer for the question and how other people might do it like that.
Could there be a special word that one must say or a great method that needs to be done and you just fall asleep instantly? If it did exist I think I would be the first one who would get it, but unfortunately there isn’t such a thing or at least that is what I know.

Count some sheep or something else that makes you feel good and by the time you reach 100, you might be asleep. Act like you are very sleepy, even if you are very nervous and unable to sleep, just do it and act like you were until you start getting sleepy and then sleep.
Other thing that can also help is to simply think that you do something that you really enjoy like running or sky diving or anything else that makes you feel great as it can act like a propulsion to sleep.
